I doubt it's going to happen, they have so much going on this year. They've got lots of AB tour dates for the new album. Even if they had a small window of time off that will go to family time and other bands they are involved in have plans to be active this year.
What Stapp ultimately has done is hurt himself, hurt Creed as a band and hurt Creed fans. What we see him doing with the bands music today, is not only an outrage to the legacy of what Creed was known for but, I don't know how he thinks it doesn't impact any possible hope of Creed having a real chance at ever doing what we know it can in the future. I don't know how any fan of Creed could attend those shows and walk out feeling good about what happened with Creeds songs on those stages. I love the dude, I hate that he doesn't understand something that history of bands should tell him. Keep that music locked inside the greatness that is Creed live. Creed is Stapp, Mark, Flip and Bmarsh. That music belongs with the band who makes it come alive and sink into the souls of the listeners.
As for Alter Bridge, they are well seasoned musicians who perform at the top of their game. A Creed fan who watches them can't be blind and not notice they belong on that stage sharing excellence in performing and giving the world all those great songs.
I watched this again the other night, it's awesome.
This thread is better than what is on Ab's fan board! I thought Stapp made all of you Creed fans hate the guys other work well it's nice to see in any case that you appreciate the amazing music the other members are doing.
I like it but they have used the cartoon type thing already with the contest video for COA. Well hopefully it gets the single more attention, if you ask me the lyric video was enough. I think having a new label, they probably decided to go ahead with a regular video too.
