(HNGN)Have there been any discussions or plans to record or play with Creed again?
(Mark) Right now it's just not a possibility. We're just so busy right now. We haven't even gone on our first tour for the "Dust" album, and we're alreadyscheduling tours throughout the rest of the year for Alter Bridge, and I'm trying to find a gap to come back to the States for "Dust," hopefully later this year or early next year, so the next two or three years are really cram-packed with the new Alter Bridge record and the new Tremonti record. AndScott [Stapp, Creed frontman] is also working two bands himself. He's doing his solo band, and I don't want to ruin the surprise, but he's about toannounce that he's working with another group of musicians, so that's exciting as well.
Hopefully that perfect storm of all this intermingling, all these bands and all this promotion, will come together maybe for a future Creed tour
Did anything change that has made you open to working with Creed again?
I've learned to never say never in life. When years go by, you always seem to forgive and forget. You always give people in situations second and third chances and see where it takes you. I just learned to be more open-minded as the years go by. I used to be the kind of guy that never forgave or forgot and held grudges, and it's not healthy. I just try to go day by day and see how things turn out.
I personally think that Mark, Brian and Flip are different kind of people as a whole, so working with Stapp again really won't be something that they would want to do. Stapps lies and knives in the guys backs are things they are real good dudes to forgive but when it goes on for so long to the point of Stapp actually trying to turn Creeds own fans against them with more lying, well then they should keep moving on with AB, Tremonti, Projected and the other things they are doing. Maybe Stapp will learn to be an honest, non manipulative, non controlling human being with his work in AOA. Everyone has the right to redemption but the people whom where treated so foul along the way have the right to want a life free from the association too.
"At the end, I would like to kindly ask you for all loyal Creed fans, if there is a chance for any new music in the upcoming years?" There was no tabloid effect in the question, no intention to cover Scott's troubles and the priority of this question, were really the fans. Therefore I received sort of press release answer, as he is used to say these two sentences regularly, but still in a friendly way:
"I am not saying, it will never happen. However, currently I'm fully occupied by promoting Dust and writing of new Alter Bridge album to be released next year, therefore the fans of Creed, have to be patient."

Mark Tremonti – PlanetMosh Exclusive
I know you weren’t involved in the recent Creed retrospective, ‘With Arms Wide Open’: did you feel insulted that this was put together without any involvement from yourself and the other band members?
Yes. To be honest, I was a little upset that they wouldn’t contact us to get our input.
Towards the end of last year, Scott Stapp went through some highly publicized personal issues: did you at any point feel the desire to reach out to him during that period? And do you ever see a time when it would be a case of “Doors Wide Open” between the two of you?
I reached out to Scott when he was at his very worst, when he was on social media making posts that were very troubling. I reached out to see if he was okay, contacted his family, spoke with them quite a bit. Next thing you know he was in a three month programme and I ran into him after he completed the programme: we spoke for a good while, and we are on good terms.

How come ab can get some good handlers but Creed cannot? They don't involve them with the retro and to this day no one has been able to get Creed social pages done right. It's quite ridiculous to watch how stupid everyone who supposedly has the bands interest in the forefront, makes Creed look..It never comes off like this cool rock band but rather something lame.
