The Creed Documentary was filmed over a 4 to 5 year period which began in 1997, during the recording of Creed's first album My Own Prison. During this period of exclusive access, a rare and extensive library of audio and video footage was created which includes studio recording sessions, practice sessions, song writing, band interviews, fan interviews, acoustic performances, backstage footage and full length concerts which were recorded and mixed in 24 track digital audio. Creed went on to sell over 35 million records worldwide, making them one of the top selling artists of all time.
With the break-up of the band in 2004, the documentary project which had accumulated over 100 hours of recorded material was shelved. A final decision has not been made by the band's record label whether or not to ever publicly release this rare documentary footage in DVD format.
I think it's that and alot more. It was done back before they broke up but it has never been released. I heard the man who shot it said the label didn't want to release it or something like that. Which stinks cause it would be awesome to see it.

When they were supposedly going to release a 10th anniversary reissue of My Own Prison would have been the perfect time to release this DVD, and maybe have "Do It All Over" as a single assuming it was recorded. For all we know that song was never recorded though :/
