I just happen to read an article about coconut oil they mentioned the best type to buy is organic cold pressed. I'm going to try the stuff. I read that it has no taste really and if you cook with it there is none of that oil smell that normally fills the room when you cook with oil. My g/f hates me to cook for that reason so this may help her nag me less when I cook.
I bought a jar last night. I did something similar with chicken like the dude in that video. It tasted great and I think I will continue using it like he said and see if it helps with my diet and workouts.
I have used this for about 6 months now and it really affects the food satisfaction factor big time. Especially when you have been hitting the gym a bit harder and your body starts screaming for some food with flavor. Try it, you will see what I mean.

I have tried that stuff and for me it's way too sweet. I would like it if they made a green drink too with no sweeteners at all. But I know for the mass public they like sweet tasting things so this is good for those people who would not otherwise do a nutritional shake.

I have some, I like it every once in awhile when I need some energy but I agree it's sweet tasting. I like green drinks too Jen. I get this one from Mothers market that is kale, spinach, apple, parsley and you can add to it like ginger or something.
