Just find something you like to do and it's not such a task. I like bikes so I ride alot. It never seems like I have to do it or like exercise. Almost like being a kid again, just go outside and play HA!
Damn this thread. A reminder to me I got to get off my ass and into the gym. :-[
This made me chuckle. I too need to get my fitness back into gear. It's easy to slip into chill mode and not workout for a bit and then that becomes the norm. I really want to get myself to were I am in a norm that includes the gym and good eats.
